This page explains what personal information Insaaf Digital collects through insaafdigital.com, why we collect it and what we do with it. We've kept it short and written it the way we'd explain it to you in person.
The short version
- No tracking. No analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
- We only get what you send us: the details you type into the brief form, or whatever you put in an email.
- We use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to do the work.
- We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who we are
Insaaf Digital is a marketing agency based in Pakistan. We're responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@insaafdigital.com.
What we collect
When you send a brief through our form, we receive your name, your company, what you need help with, your message and your email address. The form emails it to our inbox and saves a copy in our private admin area, which only we can sign in to.
When you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach.
When you use "Open in email app" or copy your brief, nothing reaches us until you send the email yourself.
Technical information. Like every website, ours relies on a hosting provider that handles the technical details needed to deliver pages and keep the site secure, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We don't use this to identify you or build a profile of you.
Please don't include sensitive information, such as health details, in your brief. We don't need it.
How we use it
- To read your brief or email and reply to it. We do this because you've asked us to, and to take the steps you'd expect before we agree to work together.
- If we do work together, to plan, deliver and invoice the work, and to keep the records the law requires.
- To keep our website and email secure and working properly.
We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Cookies and tracking
Our site doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it doesn't load anything from social networks or ad networks. Our fonts and images are served from our own site.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to check that a visitor is a real person. It isn't used to track you.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. We only share it with the services that run our website and email, and only as much as they need:
- Cloudflare hosts and protects our website, stores briefs in our private admin area and delivers them to our inbox. Read Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Google provides our email through Google Workspace. Read Google's privacy policy.
We may also share information if the law requires us to.
Where your information is processed
We're based in Pakistan, and our providers process data in many countries, including the United States. When your information moves between countries, it's protected by the safeguards in our providers' data protection terms, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- If we don't end up working together, we delete your brief and our emails about it within 12 months. Briefs in our admin area are deleted automatically once they're 12 months old.
- If we do work together, we keep project emails for as long as the work lasts, and afterwards only as long as we need them for legal, tax or accounting reasons.
- Technical logs at our hosting provider are kept for a short time, usually a few days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- show you the personal information we hold about you;
- correct it if it's wrong;
- delete it;
- stop or limit how we use it;
- give you a copy in a format you can take elsewhere.
Email info@insaafdigital.com and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're in the UK, the EU or anywhere else with a data protection authority, you can also complain to it, though we'd like the chance to put things right first.
Keeping it safe
Our whole site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Our admin area is protected by Cloudflare Access, so only the people at Insaaf Digital who need your information can sign in and see it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care with what you share.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses. They aren't aimed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, for example when we add new features to the site, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
